Accessibility Statement

Effective date: 30 September 2026

1. Our commitment

Lotus Mind wants the Hub to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or voice control. Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA. We are honest about where we stand: the Hub is a prototype, we have not yet commissioned a formal third-party conformance audit, and this statement describes what we have actually built so far — no more.

2. What we have built so far

  • Touch and click targets of at least 44×44 pixels on buttons, links and form controls, across the application and these legal pages.
  • Keyboard operation: every interactive control is a real button, link or input that focus can reach; nothing works only on hover.
  • Labels for screen readers: icon-only buttons carry descriptive labels; purely decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Structure: proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and sections whose titles are programmatically associated with their content.
  • Readable text: the Hub uses your operating system's standard fonts — no downloaded fonts, no text locked inside images.
  • No surprises: no auto-playing audio or video, no motion that cannot be reduced by your system's "reduce motion" setting, and no content that flashes.
  • Right-to-left layout when the interface language is Arabic, so text and controls read naturally.
  • Plain-language disclaimers are shown with every AI tool, stating plainly that you are interacting with an AI system that can make mistakes (EU AI Act, Article 50).

3. Known limitations (we are not hiding these)

  • Legal documents are in English only. The Hub interface supports several languages, but these legal pages currently exist only in English. Translating them is on our list before the Hub leaves beta.
  • Some e-mail addresses on this site are displayed by a script. If you browse with JavaScript off, those addresses may not be visible. On this page the contact address is written out in full.
  • AI-generated content varies in clarity. Tool outputs are generated text; if an output is hard to understand, tell us and we will improve the tool's instructions.
  • Prototype status: features and layouts may change as the Hub develops. If a change breaks something that used to work for you, please tell us.

4. Tell us about a barrier

If anything on the Hub is hard or impossible for you to use, write to [email protected] with the words "Accessibility" in the subject. Describe the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened.

We will reply within one month, tell you what we intend to fix and by when, and — where a fix will take time — offer an alternative way to get what you need. You can also write to us at Lotus Mind Limited, 10 Aderrig Manor, Adamstown, Lucan, Dublin K78 A4T8, Ireland.

5. Technical details

This statement applies to lotusmind.one. The Hub is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, on desktop and mobile. It needs no browser plug-ins to read content.

Status of this statement: first published 30 September 2026. It will be updated as the product changes and after any formal audit.
